  • Independent Engineering Review, Process Wastewater Treatment Privatization – Chase Manhattan Bank, PEMEX Refinery – Monterey, Mexico

    Assisted in an independent engineering review of a 4 mgd advanced wastewater treatment and reuse DBO project for an oil refinery. Treatment included: dissolved air flotation, conventional biological, chemical/physical (softening and filtration), chlorination, activated carbon, reverse osmosis and evaporation-crystallization.

  • Independent Engineering Review, Wastewater Disposal – Credit Suisse/Sumas Cogeneration Company – Sumas, WA

    Independent engineering review and report on the proposed disposal of the City of Sumas’ wastewater and Sumas Cogeneration Company’s process wastewater to a Canadian wastewater treatment plant.

  • Process Wastewater Management System – Sutter Home Winery, Napa County, CA

    Project engineer/manager. Design of pH control system and a mechanically-aerated facultative pond system for treatment of process wastewater from a major bottling facility. Inventoried and determined the replacement and refurbishment costs and lives of CSDOC’s 100 mgd treatment facilities over a period of 100 years. CWC cost estimating software was used to help estimate various treatment system costs.
